“We had a limited system before,” explains Selmani. “Our performance review tracking was a series of Excel spreadsheets.” Their goal with the move to an online system was to automate and streamline the review process and performance record-keeping in the company.
The decision to switch was a joint effort between Selmani and Apple Express’ President. “What we liked about SpriggHR was the ability to use this technology at our Head Office and six branches. “In addition, our employees are really happy with the user-friendliness of the system.” When asked if there was anything difficult about the switch to online, Selmani says, “There was nothing of significance that was hard when using this system.”
